All Brake Discs are individually balanced and checked at the factory. Delivered with a coated surface to better resist rust.

Run in new Brake Discs:
To maximise the lifespan of Brake Discs, you should drive with gentle braking during the first 500 kilometres. It is also good to avoid keeping your foot on the brake pedal during longer stops after hard braking, for example at traffic lights. Always wait to wash your Volvo until the Brakes have cooled down, or avoid water spraying on the hot discs during washing.
With these simple tips in mind, you will keep your new Brake Discs perfectly straight for a long time to come.
