The brake shield protects the brake disc from water, dirt and other detritus.
Whilst driving, without a brake shield, on wet or dirty roads, sludge and dirt will adhere to the surface of the brake disc. The brake pads must first clear away this residual dirt and moisture before they can fully engage. This impairs braking and increases wear on the pad surface. As an added benefit, the brake shield also protects the brake caliper and wheel hubs from water, dirt and other detritus.

Delivery time within the EU is 3-7 business days. If you place your order before 15:30 CET and the items are in stock, we always promise to load them onto DHL's truck directly the same business day!

You will receive an email with your tracking number when we have packed your order. Packages that remain uncollected at the local delivery point or cannot be delivered for more than 14 days are automatically sent back to us. All shipments are insured when they leave Vparts.
