To replace this part, simply lift the entire cup mount out of the centre console. It's easy to do, as it isn't secured with any screws.
Lift the mount at the rear edge; if the trim around it comes loose, just press it back into place – it's the whole mount that needs to be removed. Then, push the shutter backwards to lift out the entire mount.
