Shaft seal for camshaft, intermediate shaft, crankshaft front for Volvo 240, 740, 940, 960, 850, C30, C70, S40, S60, S70, S80, S90, V40, V50, V60, V70, V90, XC60, XC70, XC90.

This shaft seal is mounted in three different places on these models. On the 4-cylinder red block engines, it is mounted at the front on the intermediate shaft and the camshaft. On the later 5-cylinder white block engines, it is mounted at the front on the crankshaft.

We recommend replacing this seal when the timing belt is changed as it is a common issue for it to leak on our beloved Volvo engines.
