At Vparts, you have a warranty on virtually all products sold in the web shop. We always try to avoid problems arising through product tests and updates of our product descriptions.
The stated warranty period applies from the day the product is delivered. Where the period is not specified, or if problems arise that the warranty does not cover, we handle any problems with the support of the Consumer Purchase Act and of course with common sense. We use DHL as our shipping partner, and our ambition is to always offer the fastest deliveries in the auto parts industry, with the goal of always having all of our parts in stock. Delivery time within the EU is 3-7 business days. If you place your order before 15:30 CET and the items are in stock, we always promise to load them onto DHL's truck directly the same business day!
You will receive an email with your tracking number when we have packed your order. Packages that remain uncollected at the local delivery point or cannot be delivered for more than 14 days are automatically sent back to us. All shipments are insured when they leave Vparts.
Your purchase from Vparts should be as safe and smooth as possible. Therefore, we offer several secure payment methods through Klarna. You can choose between card payment, invoice, part-payment, and direct payment via bank – select the option that suits you best.
We reserve the total amount of the order and only deduct money when your goods are packed and ready for dispatch.
On certain occasions and in some countries, only card payments are offered. This may be because Klarna's validation does not approve the invoice or partial payment. If you have problems with this or to carry out your purchase in another way, do not hesitate to contact us directly - We are here to help you!

You are welcome to look around our site, but note that purchases are not possible from countries outside the list right now.
Vparts goal is to deliver high quality parts to Volvo cars and owners worldwide. Before we add more countries to the Vparts map, we must ensure that customs handling, shipping, payments, product quality, local rules for car accessories and all parts work perfectly. This means that it may take some time before we enter new markets.
Note: Due to changes in shipments and handling of deliveries to the UK, as a result of Brexit, we have temporarily stopped sales to the UK. We hope to resolve this soon.
