Dit installatiepakket maakt het mogelijk om een aftermarket stereo in je Volvo S80, V70 en XC70 tot 2011 te monteren. Compleet pakket(zonder stereo) met alle benodigde kabels en een frame voor de montage van je enkel-DIN hoofdunit. Met dit pakket behoud je bovendien de knopfuncties op het stuur. Het pakket past op alle hieronder genoemde modellen tot 2011 die een actief systeem hebben, dus een versterker onder de passagiersstoel aan de voorkant. Met dit pakket kun je eenvoudig een signaal van de stereo naar een externe versterker krijgen om bijvoorbeeld een subwoofer aan te sluiten.

De aftermarket stereo wordt gemonteerd waar het display zich vandaag bevindt, wat betekent dat je de mogelijkheid verliest om temperatuur, tijd, etc. te zien. Je zult ook niet in staat zijn om wijzigingen in het menu van het display aan te brengen voor bijvoorbeeld spiegels of het alarm.

Als je een Dyna-audio geluidssysteem en Parkeersensor hebt, zullen de achteruitrijsensoren niet werken met deze kit.
