Ook wel VVT genoemd. Als je auto onverklaarbaar schokt tijdens het rijden, kan het zijn dat deze solenoide niet goed werkt.

LET OP! Vroege bouwjaren hadden een solenoide in een andere uitvoering. Dit ventiel is vervangen, waardoor de meegeleverde connector bij sommige auto's mogelijk moet worden vervangen.
De solenoide is niet polariteitsgevoelig, wat betekent dat de kabels in willekeurige volgorde aangesloten kunnen worden.
