Deze Remschijven voor voor Volvo S40 en V40 zijn van een geventileerd type. De Remschijven worden per paar geleverd omdat Remschijven altijd per paar per as worden vervangen.

De schijven worden geleverd met een gecoate oppervlakte om beter tegen roest te kunnen. Roest kan met de tijd de remeigenschappen van de schijven verslechteren.

Nieuwe Remschijven inrijden:
Om de levensduur van Remschijven te maximaliseren, moet je voorzichtig remmen tijdens de eerste 500 kilometer. Het is ook goed om je voet niet op het rempedaal te houden bij langere stops na hard remmen, bijvoorbeeld bij stoplichten. Wacht altijd met het wassen van je Volvo tot de Remmen zijn afgekoeld, of vermijd dat water op de warme schijven spuit tijdens het wassen.
