Om de levensduur van je remschijven te maximaliseren, is het belangrijk om de eerste 500 km voorzichtig te remmen. Vermijd ook om je voet op het rempedaal te houden bij langere stops na stevig remmen, bijvoorbeeld bij een stoplicht. Wacht altijd met het wassen van je Volvo tot de remmen zijn afgekoeld, of voorkom dat er water op de hete schijven komt tijdens het wassen.
Met deze eenvoudige tips blijven je nieuwe remschijven langdurig in topconditie.
